Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Joyfilled Travels, LLC. We’re honored to support your travel plans and are committed to providing clear, respectful, and empowering service. Please review the following terms, which outline our role, responsibilities, and mutual expectations.

1. Our Role

We act solely as an agent for independent travel suppliers—including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and ground transportation providers. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or failure to perform.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. This includes loss of business, personal injury, or supplier failure. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid directly to us.

3. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating any chargeback. You agree not to initiate a chargeback unless fraud is confirmed. If a chargeback is filed and not resolved in your favor, you agree to reimburse:

•  The full amount paid to us

•  A $100 administrative fee

We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including attorney’s fees.

4. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by Texas law and resolved through binding arbitration in Bexar County, Texas. We ask that you contact us first to explore informal resolution.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. While we may offer guidance, securing coverage is your responsibility. We are not liable for losses due to lack of insurance.

6. Jurisdictional Exceptions

These terms are governed by Texas law. If you reside in a jurisdiction that does not permit certain limitations, those provisions may not apply.
